Bedrooms

The additional nine bedrooms located on the third and fourth floors of the Club have been designed with luxury and comfort in mind. The bedrooms are spacious and fully air-conditioned, with high speed Internet access, personal telephone numbers and voice mail.

The Gardiner Suite

A two-bedroomed en suite room with adjoining sitting area. The room is decorated in a modern Scottish style the rooms are fully air conditioned and designed with comfort in mind. The suite is available for business meetings and private lunches.

Card Room - Seating Capacities

The Card Room is perfect for meetings and small cocktail parties. This stylish room can accommodate 20 for dinner. Adjoining the Library, it is also useful as a separate bar or buffet area. Which can be discreetly prepared whilst a meeting is in progress and opened at an appropriate time.

Drawing Room

The Library - Seating Capacities

The Library, with its magnificent panelling and book-lined shelves is available for large meetings, lunches, dinners and exclusive cocktail parties. The Library can be divided into two rooms for further flexibility. The adjoining Card Room may also be opened out increasing the capacity for larger functions. This imposing room is suitable for receptions and cocktail parties up to 60, or lunches and dinners of up to 36. The Library is particularly fitting for a wedding ceremony and celebration.

The Johnnie Walker Music Room

The Johnnie Walker Music Room is the largest of the Club's function rooms. It is an ideal venue for conferences and presentations where theatre-style layouts are required. Fully fitted with the latest in audio-visual technology, the room is also capable of seating up to 170 for dinner, or accommodating 250 for a reception. The room can also be partitioned making it suitable for smaller functions and it can be set up in a wide variety of layouts to suit individual requirements.

The Johnnie Walker Music Room and Library are both approved premises for civil marriages. Wedding ceremonies can take place in these rooms at any time subject to availability.
